MARQUES DEL HUECO TEMPRANILLO
Rioja red wine. TEMPRANILLO from Marques del Hueco, made by Bodegas Heras Cordón, Rioja Alta of superior quality and whose destination is the delight of the most demanding palates.
Presentation:
Our red wine Rioja Marqués del Hueco Tempranillo is a fresh and elegant wine, with flavors and aromas of red fruits and a citrus background.
It is advisable to serve it by opening the wine half an hour before consumption at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
Recommended for appetizers, pasta and red meats.

100% Tempranillo with 27 years of age.
HARVEST | The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting healthy and well-ripe grapes, transporting them to the winery in boxes.
COVERED | In steel tanks with a capacity of 28,000 liters.
FERMENTATION | With native yeasts at a controlled temperature (30° C) for 25 days.
DISCOVER | It was carried out 30 days after vatting.
PRESSED | With a pneumatic press.
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION | It was made after alcoholic fermentation in the stainless steel tank.
FUTURE | Positive evolution is expected for a minimum of two years.

MARQUES DEL HUECO SELECCIÓN VIÑAS VIEJAS
Presentation:
Rioja red wine. Marques del Hueco Selección Viñas Viejas. Bodegas Heras Cordón – La Rioja produces these premium CRIANZA wines, which are bound to delight even the most demanding palates.
Our red Rioja Marqués del Hueco Selección Viñas Viejas is a silky, elegant wine with flavours of ripe berries and a citrus background mixed with toffee, chocolate and fine dark-roasts.
It is advisable to open the wine half an hour before consuming, at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
Recommended for cold meats, all types of white meat, game and poultry.

80% Tempranillo with 17 years old.
10% Mazuelo 24 years old.
10% Graciano 24 years old.
HARVEST | The grapes are harvested by hand, sorting the healthy ripe ones, transporting them to the winery in boxes.
VATTING | In 25,000-litre stainless steel tanks.
FERMENTATION | With native yeasts at controlled temperature (30° C) for 25 days.
DEVATTING | Performed at 12 months, then fining with egg white and decanting.
PRESSED | With a pneumatic press.
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION | It was made just after the alcoholic one in stainless steel tanks.
REMOVED OF THE BARRELS | SIt was performed after 12 months, clarifying them with egg white.
AGEING | Subsequent ageing and rest in bottle for at least 12 months in order to achieve stability.
FUTURE | Long life. A positive development is expected for at least 10 years.

Presentation:
Rioja red wine. Marques del Hueco Reserva. Bodegas Heras Cordón, La Rioja has produced this premium RESERVA, based on the family tradition passed down through generations, for over 100 years.
Our red Rioja Marques del Hueco Reserva is a silky, medium-heavy wine with a long, elegant aftertaste. The mouthfeel is marked by pleasant berries with a fine dark-roasted background. Well integrated wood.
It is advisable to open the wine half an hour before consuming, at a temperature of 15-16ºC.
Recommended for cold meats, cheeses, all types of red meat, large game and poultry.

DEVATTING | Performed at 18 months, then fining with egg white and decanting.
PRESSED | With a pneumatic press.
FERMENTATION MALOLACTIC | It was made just after the alcoholic one in stainless steel tanks.

AGEING | Subsequent ageing and rest in bottle for at least 18 months in order to achieve stability.

Rioja Rosé Wine. VIURA, GARNACHE and TEMPRANILLO grapes from Marques del Hueco, made by Bodegas Heras Cordón, Rioja Alta of superior quality and whose destination is the delight of the most demanding palates.
Presentation:
Our Rosé wine Rioja Marqués del Hueco is a fresh and elegant wine, with flavors and aromas of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and a background of citrus fruits, orange peel. Soft sweetness while intense and pleasant.
It is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 6ºC.
Recommended for appetizers, pasta, blue fish.

30% Garnacha with 25 years of age.
20% Tempranillo with 30 years of age.
HARVEST | The grapes are harvested by hand, in 30 kg boxes, selecting healthy and well-ripe grapes, transporting them to the winery in boxes.
COVERED | In steel tanks with a capacity of 28,000 liters.
FERMENTATION | Cold fermentative maceration for one day at 7ºC. Pressing and fermentation in tank at a controlled 15ºC. It remains on lees for 5 months.
FUTURE | Positive evolution is expected for a minimum of two years.

MARQUES DEL HUECO VIURA
Rioja White Wine. VIURA from Marques del Hueco, produced by Bodegas Heras Cordón, Rioja Alta of superior quality and whose destination is the delight of the most demanding palates.
Presentation:
Our Rioja Marqués del Hueco White wine is a fresh wine with a bright and intense straw yellow color, with flavors and aromas of white stone fruits, apricot, peach and wild flowers. Balanced and intense.
It is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 5ºC.
Recommended for appetizers, fish, seafood.

HARVEST | The grapes are harvested by hand, in 30 kg boxes. selecting healthy and well-ripe grapes, transporting them to the winery in boxes.
COVERED | In steel tanks with a capacity of 28,000 liters.
FERMENTATION | Upon arrival at the winery, it is destemmed and crushed to carry out a pre-fermentation maceration for one day. Alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC with native yeasts. Subsequent contact with fine lees for 4 months.
FUTURE | Positive evolution is expected for a minimum of two years.
