Rioja red wine. Marques del Hueco Selección Viñas Viejas 2015. Bodegas Heras Cordón – La Rioja produces these premium CRIANZA wines, which are bound to delight even the most demanding palates.
Our red Rioja Marqués del Hueco Selección Viñas Viejas is a silky, elegant wine with flavours of ripe berries and a citrus background mixed with toffee, chocolate and fine dark-roasts.
It is advisable to open the wine half an hour before consuming, at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
Recommended for cold meats, all types of white meat, game and poultry.

80% Tempranillo with 17 years old.
10% Mazuelo 24 years old.
10% Graciano 24 years old.
HARVEST | The grapes are harvested by hand, sorting the healthy ripe ones, transporting them to the winery in boxes.
VATTING | In 25,000-litre stainless steel tanks.
FERMENTATION | With native yeasts at controlled temperature (30° C) for 25 days.
DEVATTING | Performed at 12 months, then fining with egg white and decanting.
PRESSED | With a pneumatic press.
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION | It was made just after the alcoholic one in stainless steel tanks.
REMOVED OF THE BARRELS | SIt was performed after 12 months, clarifying them with egg white.
AGEING | Subsequent ageing and rest in bottle for at least 12 months in order to achieve stability.
FUTURE | Long life. A positive development is expected for at least 10 years.

Rioja red wine. Marques del Hueco Reserva 2012. Bodegas Heras Cordón, La Rioja has produced this premium RESERVA, based on the family tradition passed down through generations, for over 100 years.
Our red Rioja Marques del Hueco Reserva is a silky, medium-heavy wine with a long, elegant aftertaste. The mouthfeel is marked by pleasant berries with a fine dark-roasted background. Well integrated wood.
It is advisable to open the wine half an hour before consuming, at a temperature of 15-16ºC.
Recommended for cold meats, cheeses, all types of red meat, large game and poultry.
